Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated Senior Enterprise Account Executive to drive revenue growth and build relationships with key stakeholders in the high-impact climate tech sector. As a key member of our sales team, you'll own the full sales cycle from identifying and qualifying prospects to closing deals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets
  • Build and maintain relationships with senior and executive-level customers in the infrastructure finance space
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, demos, and collateral that articulate Banyan's value proposition and product
  • Collaborate with internal teams to share insights and feedback, and coordinate cross-functional support to deliver a great sales experience
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and attend professional development and industry events to expand knowledge and network
Requirements
  • 8+ years of Enterprise B2B SaaS sales experience
  • Prior experience working in an early-stage high-growth startup with a network in the infrastructure finance space, renewable energy, or SaaS climate solutions is strongly preferred
  • Strong networking skills to generate leads and open doors
  • Experience in prospecting, qualifying, discovery, proposals, contact management, and negotiation across a deal
  • Compelling verbal and written communication and presentation skills to connect with, influence, and persuade both tactical and big-picture thinkers
  • Relationship building skills and business acumen to quickly build rapport with customers in senior and executive roles of funds and banks
  • Knowledge of software systems to understand customer needs, existing solutions, and Banyan's value proposition
  • Ability to respond to changes in the business, problem-solve, and drive through uncertain situations and ambiguity that come with working in a fast-paced startup
  • Intellectual curiosity and ability to identify knowledge gaps, learn quickly, and adapt
  • Enthusiasm for Banyan's mission and alignment with our values

Compensation and Benefits

$200,000 - $300,000 OTE (On Target Earnings comprised of base salary and variable commission plan) with unlimited upside potential. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including 100% paid health benefits, 401K with 6% match, at-work meal offerings, and a flexible time off policy.
