PagerDuty is seeking a seasoned Enterprise Account Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior-level executives and stakeholders
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and expand existing accounts
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet customer needs
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
Requirements:
  • 8-12 years of field sales experience, preferably in software sales/SaaS sales
  • 4-6 years of experience expanded into new areas of existing accounts
  • Enterprise Account Management experience with $500M+, Fortune 500 and Global 2000 companies
  • Sold in a multi-product selling environment before
  • Travel expectations around 30%
