We are seeking an ambitious sales professional to drive new digital transformation sales opportunities amongst major, global accounts.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and grow assigned accounts, creating a strategic pipeline of business and strengthening long-term relationships.
- Work with cross-functional teams to formulate account strategies and bring opportunities to closure on a quarterly basis.
- Prospect and develop accounts while maintaining existing sales, driving the full sales cycle.
- Lead multiple sales engagements and move the client entirely through a value-based sales process to successful close.
- Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Forecast accurately by maintaining comprehensive opportunity profiles and communicating up-to-date information.
- Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities.
- Investigate and understand internal business processes of clients, strategize, present, and demonstrate a tailored technology solution.
- Become knowledgeable with the PTC portfolio of digital thread products.
- Bachelor's Degree
- Ability to work remotely from Detroit, MI
- Ability to travel quarterly to customers' engineering facilities or plants within the USA
- ~7 years selling enterprise-level software
- ~5-7 years experience winning business with Automotive Customers (OEM's and Suppliers)
- Prior sales responsibility for a minimum of $2 million in revenue and/or ARR
- Ability to see how existing customer solutions can be repeated and leveraged within an industry sector
- MEDDIC and/or Command of the Message experience a plus
