Position Overview:
As an Administrative Executive Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the executive leadership of the Yosemite Community College District. This position involves managing a variety of complex and confidential administrative tasks that are essential for the smooth operation of the executive office.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Serve as a confidential administrative aide to the executive leadership, facilitating communication between the executive office, district staff, and community stakeholders.
2. Perform advanced secretarial duties, including managing schedules, preparing documents, and coordinating meetings.
3. Conduct research and compile data to assist in decision-making processes.
4. Act as a primary information source regarding district policies and procedures, ensuring clarity and understanding among staff and stakeholders.
5. Oversee the administrative follow-up activities required for various projects and initiatives.

Qualifications:
Education:
Possession of an Associate's degree in Business Management or a related field from an accredited institution.

Experience:
A minimum of five years of progressively responsible experience in administrative support or executive secretarial roles, with a focus on technical administrative functions.

Skills and Abilities:
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with diverse groups.
- Proficiency in modern office practices and software applications.

Additional Requirements:
Possession of a valid driver's license is required. The role may involve physical demands such as sitting for extended periods and lifting light objects.
