Key Responsibilities- Patient Communication: Greet patients warmly and maintain a friendly, welcoming relationship with all patients and clients.
- Scheduling and Insurance: Schedule new patients, collect necessary information, and verify insurance with carriers.
- Administrative Support: Accurately enter patient information, submit insurance information, and provide patients with explanations of their benefits.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, answer phones, and greet patients with professionalism and care.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with billing, physical therapists, and aide staff to ensure smooth patient flow.
- Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 1-2 years of customer service and administration experience, with medical or PT front office experience preferred.
- Skills: Strong customer service skills, ability to maintain confidential documents, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
This is a full-time position that requires prolonged sitting, some walking, bending, stooping, reaching, and stretching. The ideal candidate will have normal range of hearing and eyesight to record, prepare, and present reports.
