Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Patient Care Coordinator to join our team at Therapy Partners Group. As a Patient Care Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our outpatient orthopedic clinics in the Central Valley.

Key Responsibilities
  • Front Office Operations: Provide exceptional customer service to patients, physicians, and staff, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule new patients, collect necessary information, and verify insurance coverage to ensure seamless patient flow.
  • Communication and Coordination: Clearly communicate with staff, patients, and physicians to ensure accurate and timely information exchange.
  • Administrative Tasks: Accurately enter patient information, collect co-pays and payments, and maintain patient confidentiality.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Billing Department, Physical Therapists, and Aide staff to ensure efficient patient care and smooth clinic operations.
Requirements
  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of prior experience in customer service and administration, preferably in a medical or physical therapy setting.
  • Skills: Strong communication and organizational skills, ability to maintain confidentiality, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Language: Bilingual in English and Spanish is strongly preferred.
Working Conditions

This role requires prolonged sitting, some walking, bending, stooping, reaching, and stretching. Normal range of hearing and eyesight is required to record, prepare, and present reports.
