Job Description

  • Provide excellent customer service to all guests, responding promptly to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Process all payments accurately and efficiently, adhering to hotel policies and procedures.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.

Qualifications

  • High school graduate or equivalent.
  • Previous hotel experience preferred, but not required.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.

The estimated salary for this position is $40,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
