  • Provide thorough follow-ups to customer interactions to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update information as needed.

Qualifications:

  • A high school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Excellent active listening, interpersonal, and communication skills.
