About Our Agency
As a State Farm team member for John Moore - State Farm Agent, you will play a vital role in building and developing customer relationships within the community to promote State Farm products including auto, home, and life insurance.
Your Responsibilities
- Establish strong customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, which includes responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Utilize a customer-focused approach to educate customers about insurance options and develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.

Requirements
- Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong communication skills - written, verbal, and listening.
- People-oriented and organized with the ability to multi-task.
- Able to learn computer functions and provide timely and thorough activity reports to the agent.
- Bilingual - Spanish preferred.
- Ability to obtain Property and Casualty license and Life and Health license.
Estimated Salary: $40,000 - $60,000 per year, based on location and experience.
