Business Development Manager

Ave Staffing Legal Specialists is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team.
Job Description:In this role, you will be responsible for managing and expanding the association's Corporate Partner Program, overseeing the Honorary Membership Program, and identifying new sponsorship opportunities. Key responsibilities include:
- Cultivating and soliciting new corporate partners and sponsors
- Developing and implementing comprehensive sponsorship programs for association events
- Managing relationships with existing partners and sponsors
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Honorary Membership Program, including vendor management and database maintenance
- Identifying and pursuing new business development opportunities, such as planned giving and foundation support
- Collaborating with the Director of Business Development to achieve revenue goals
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years of related work experience in business development, sales, or marketing
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
This position requires a highly motivated and results-oriented individual with a proven track record in business development and a passion for supporting the mission of a non-profit organization.
