About the Role:

PruittHealth is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving census development, community integration, and customer service at the facility level.

As a Senior Business Development Manager, you will identify and qualify new business opportunities within hospitals and healthcare centers. You will establish and maintain relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners, developing and executing tactics to maximize admissions of residents requiring a sub-acute level of care.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in Healthcare Sales/Marketing or an equivalent combination of experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities. You will be proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, with experience using CRM or Salesforce required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities within hospitals and healthcare centers.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners.
  • Develop and execute tactics to maximize admissions of residents requiring a sub-acute level of care.
  • Communicate and provide support to help execute marketing campaigns and plans.
  • Establish strategic marketing plans to achieve occupancy objectives.
  • Support best practices by sharing information with other Community Relations Representatives.
  • Input/tracks account information and marketing activity and complete weekly/monthly/quarterly reports in specified format.

Salary Range: $65,000 - $80,000 per year
