Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at Valcourt Building Services. The successful candidate will be responsible for building relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and contributing to the growth and success of our company.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement business development strategies to increase revenue and market share.
  • Buid relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry partners to identify new business opportunities.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to inform business development decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.

Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.

Location: Our offices in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Maryland, Virginia, Georgia, Florida, and Texas.

About Us: Valcourt Building Services is a leading provider of exterior maintenance services for commercial properties. With 35 years of experience, we have grown from a small window cleaning company into one of the largest exterior maintenance companies in the country.

Requirements:
  • A Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in construction, waterproofing, or a related field.
  • Proven business development skills and a track record of success.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
