Job Summary:

Loud and Live Inc is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to support our human resource processes at all business locations. This role will provide administrative support to the human resource function, including record-keeping, data entry, conducting background checks, and overseeing screening processes for seasonal employees and brand ambassadors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee background check screening process for all seasonal employees, brand ambassadors, and vendors for Loud and Live events.
  • ID verification and issuance of badges for seasonal employees at events.
  • Perform customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions.
  • Complete Forms I-9, verify I-9 documentation, and maintain I-9 files.
  • Submit online investigation requests and assist with new-employee background checks.
  • Assist with processing of terminations as needed.
  • Schedule meetings and interviews as needed.
  • Perform other clerical functions, including photocopying, mailing, scanning, and emailing documents.
  • File documents into appropriate employee files.
  • Assist or prepare correspondence as requested.
  • Prepare new-employee files.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field and/or equivalent experience.
  • At least two years related experience required.
  • SHRM-CP credential preferred but not required.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Working understanding of human resource principles, practices, and procedures.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
