Job Overview

ELORE ENTERPRISES LLC is seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for performing a range of activities related to human resources, from recruiting new hires to retaining existing employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment and Hiring: Screen, recruit, and interview potential employees to ensure the best fit for our organization.
  • Onboarding and Training: Develop and implement comprehensive onboarding programs to ensure new employees have a smooth transition into the company.
  • Employee Engagement: Implement company culture, values, and policies to foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Reporting and Administration: Provide management with accurate and timely reports and documents to support business decisions.
  • Employee Recognition: Coordinate events and initiatives to recognize and reward employees for their contributions and achievements.
  • Employee Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee files, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements
  • Experience: Previous experience in Human Resources, recruiting, or other related fields is required.
  • Knowledge: Strong knowledge of labor and employment laws, as well as best practices in HR management.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent ability to build rapport with all employees, from entry-level to senior management.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with employees, management, and external stakeholders.
