About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Team Gillman Honda. As a Sales Manager, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide coaching and feedback to team members.
  • Conduct regular sales meetings and training sessions to ensure team members are equipped with the knowledge and skills to succeed.
  • Oversee inventory management and ensure proper stocking levels to meet customer demand.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by resolving any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including finance and service, to provide a seamless customer experience.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and market conditions to identify opportunities for growth.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in automotive sales management, preferably within the Honda brand.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Knowledge of dealership operations and inventory management.
  • Familiarity with automotive CRM systems and sales software.
