Job Title: Director of Healthcare Sales

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Healthcare Sales to lead our team of logistics and operations professionals. As a key member of our national operations team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and streamlining operations in our Healthcare Department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee Healthcare Transportation and Logistics Department to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage the launching and stabilization of new business initiatives to drive revenue growth.
  • Pursue and manage business opportunities to expand our customer base and increase sales.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and build new relationships with potential customers.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Healthcare Operations to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost reductions.
  • Travel up to 70% to various markets to visit customers, source new business, and analyze operations processes.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Healthcare, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a sales leadership role in a logistics, transportation, or supply chain environment focused on the Healthcare industry.
  • Proven history of sales achievement and successful track record in driving business growth.
  • Excellent leadership, influencing, organization, communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to create and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to inspire and develop others.
  • Must be able to interact with executive level management.
