Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to provide administrative and program support for the Impact MBA program and faculty and staff within the Department of Accounting & Finance, the Department of Business Administration, and the Cofrin School of Business at the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and Logistics
    • Schedule meetings, conferences, travel, and work unit operations
    • Secure resources and materials as needed
  • Communication and Customer Service
    • Provide primary point of contact for individuals and groups
    • Respond to inquiries and provide information via phone, in person, and through other communication mediums
  • Record Keeping and Data Management
    • Prepare and audit complex records, including department/program budgets
    • Edit documents and review work done by others
  • Communication and Correspondence
    • Develop, send, receive, copy, and distribute communications to the appropriate entities
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases
Qualifications
  • Education
    • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Skills and Experience
    • Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office and other software packages
    • Understanding of budget management and financial software
    • Experience in a higher education environment, preferably with the University of Wisconsin System
Working Conditions

This is a full-time University Staff appointment with a 7:45 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday schedule. Occasional evening and/or weekend work may be required to support the Cofrin School of Business programs and events.
