Join Imperial Supplies as a Contract & Compliance Administrator Associate In this entry-level role, you'll support our organization by responding to day-to-day queries, drafting contracts, and assisting with contract documentation to ensure timely and accurate completion of the contract process. You will also help maintain organization within Imperial's CLM software through regular reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inbox Management: Oversee team inboxes, managing vendor registration documentation, credit applications, and various agreements containing terms and conditions.
  • Contract Drafting: Partner with Contracts Administrators to draft and manage entry-level agreements, including amendments and addendums.
  • CLM Software Reporting: Conduct regular reporting of Imperial's CLM Software, providing solutions to address any concerns found through reporting.
  • Contract Follow-up: Ensure that dated contracts are maintained and organized within Imperial's CLM Software by following up with drafters.
  • Team Coordination: Review contracts added to the team as a participant via CLM Software and assign participation of Contracts Team members as needed.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate issues, risks, and recommendations based on day-to-day support activities.
  • Record Retention: Act as the Contracts Team Record Retention Coordinator, effectively communicating policy changes to the team.
  • Project Support: Assist with project work as requested by the Director, Contracts & Compliance.

Non-Essential Job Functions:

  • Perform additional related duties as required or requested.

Minimum Education and Experience: Associate degree in Paralegal Studies, English Studies, Paralegal Certificate, or related field, or equivalent work experience, OR 1 year of previous experience in paralegal, contract review, or related business field.

Preferred Education and Experience: Associate degree in Paralegal Studies, English Studies, or related field, OR 2+ years of previous experience in paralegal, contract review, or related business field.
