Compensation: Competitive hourly rate based on experience

Position Overview: The Administrative Coordinator will manage incoming calls and ensure exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include reaching out to current clients to arrange service maintenance, commercial service agreements, or sales meetings for our Sales Consultants. You will also oversee the scheduling for field technicians, ensuring all customer commitments are fulfilled. This role requires providing logistical support to technicians and maintaining clear communication with both colleagues and clients, updating them on service progress while ensuring cost-effective operations. Additionally, you will handle data entry for incoming work orders and complete various administrative tasks as assigned.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with potential for occasional overtime.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service
  • Friendly and approachable personality
  • Professional communication skills, especially over the phone
  • Experience with multi-line phone systems
  • Successful completion of drug and background checks
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
  • Spanish language skills are advantageous
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Highly organized with attention to detail
