We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at Globe Life - American Income Division. As a Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in driving top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Present and promote products/services to existing and prospective customers
- Make outbound calls and take inbound calls with clientele
- Service requested products and services to clientele
- Handle established accounts, client reviews, and onboarding new clients
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs

- Great leadership ability
