Job Title: Sales Coordinator
Job Summary:
The Sales Coordinator position provides critical support and coordination to our clients in all rental equipment needs. This role ensures that all rental related functions of the branch are conducted in an efficient, accurate, and timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Sales Representatives and Branch Management with the coordination of all rental equipment inventory, deliveries, and pickups.
- Act as a liaison between customers and other departments of the branch to ensure customer expectations are met and exceeded.
- Manage established procedures to ensure company standards are maintained through company and client policies and procedures.
- Maintain professional and ethical business relationships with all customers and coworkers.
- Produce all required paperwork and reports accurately and in a timely manner.
- Responsible for answering branch phone calls and routing them to the appropriate office or department.
- Responsible for managing the RentalMan system for all on/off rents.
- Dispatch and coordinate delivery and pickup of equipment and parts.
- Dispatch service calls as required and maintain call logs.
- Issue and receive Purchase Orders.
- Monitor accounts receivable reports.
- Responsible for the day-to-day operation of the branch in the absence of a Branch Manager.
- Create and monitor rental contracts and delivery tickets.
- Conduct weekly safety meetings.
- Continuously grow knowledge of company products, inventory, pricing, and delivery capabilities.
- Perform other tasks and duties as assigned by Management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Desire to work in outside sales.
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multi-task and work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Solid computer skills (RentalMan experience a plus).
