Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Advertising Sales Director to lead our team of sales professionals in driving revenue growth and developing strategic partnerships with clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in advertising sales, with a strong understanding of the industry and a ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive revenue growth and expand our client base
  • Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and exceed client expectations
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and apply this knowledge to drive business growth and innovation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field, and 7 years' experience in advertising sales or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in advertising sales, with a strong understanding of the industry and a ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 5 years' experience in a leadership or management role
  • Experience in developing and executing strategic plans to drive revenue growth and expand client base
