    • Ensure the store is maintained to Coach standards, including sales floor, backroom, and visual merchandising
    • Adhere to all retail policies and procedures, including POS, Operations, and Loss Prevention
    • Utilize Coach's tools and technology to support relationship building and clienteling efforts
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of previous selling experience in a luxury retail service environment
  • Current knowledge of fashion trends and competition in the marketplace
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
  • Knowledge of cash registers systems and basic computer skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
  • Physical ability to maneuver the sales floor and stock room, lift up to 50 pounds, and climb ladders/stairs/step-stools
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and busy seasons
