Job Overview

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build strong relationships with clients through personalized service and product knowledge
  • Meet or exceed sales and credit goals while contributing to the store's overall success
  • Maintain a safe and clean store environment, adhering to company standards and procedures
  • Participate in inventory preparation and other tasks as assigned by management
  • Operate cash registers, process transactions, and maintain accurate records
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; minimum one year sales experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Physical ability to lift up to 20 pounds and maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom
