Job Role

We seek an HR Coordinator to support multiple client groups across non-exempt and exempt staff. Based in our Buckhead office, this position will report to a Manager, Sr. Manager, or Director of Human Resources.

  • Support and Reporting (40%): Handle employee inquiries, foster partnerships, resolve issues, update organizational charts, manage Workday changes, coordinate travel, arrange meetings, and maintain adherence to corporate standards.
  • New Hire Onboarding and Offboarding (20%): Organize hiring packages, set up new employees, perform background checks, validate employment, handle paperwork, and control access to systems.
  • Recruitment and Candidate Experience (20%): Guide the hiring process, engage with applicants, oversee candidate expenses, conduct reference checks, and coordinate interviews.
  • Special HR Initiatives (20%): Join review boards, aid in performance evaluations, collaborate on reorganization efforts, contribute to Workday testing, and drive business improvement.
