Human Resources Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are Human Resource Dimensions, a leading provider of innovative recruitment solutions. As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting our talent acquisition team in their mission to identify and attract top talent.
About the RoleThis is an entry-level position that offers a great opportunity for individuals looking to start their career in Human Resources. As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting overall recruiting efforts, demonstrating superior organizational and prioritization skills, and maintaining efficient and smooth operation of the recruiting function.
The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, manage competing priorities, and provide strong attention-to-detail regarding daily tasks and projects.
Responsibilities- Screen candidates via resume review and phone interviews to verify their hard and soft skills, cultural fit, and ability to fill specified roles.
- Coordinate with team leaders and hiring managers to create appealing job descriptions and post them online, monitoring traffic and response levels, and editing postings as necessary.
- Post open positions across social media channels and establish relationships with representatives of alumni associations, universities, job coaching agencies, and other groups that have contact with highly qualified jobseekers.
- Arrange interviews with recruiters and serve as the main point of contact for candidates, verifying and following up with candidates' personal and professional references and previous employers.
- Manage the applicant tracking system, inputting candidate notes, tracking the recruiting process, and metrics.
- Recent graduate with a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Excellent communication and organization skills.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.
- Provides strong attention-to-detail regarding daily tasks, projects, and troubleshooting.
We offer a competitive salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for growth and development.
