Job Overview

The Human Resources Business Partner plays a crucial role in driving business success by providing strategic guidance and support to employees and management. This individual contributor position is responsible for delivering exceptional HR services, including employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, training, and talent review.

Key Responsibilities
  • Employee Relations: Collaborate with field and corporate teams to address employee relations issues, including performance improvement plans, terminations, and investigations. Interpret and answer policy-related questions, and provide guidance on regulatory compliance.
  • Talent Management: Analyze trends and metrics to develop solutions, programs, and policies that enhance the employee experience. Proactively partner with leaders to create a Great Place to Work culture, focusing on performance management, career development, and leadership coaching.
  • HR Operations: Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, conduct thorough investigations, and facilitate communication among employees and management. Provide recommendations and guidance on dispute resolution, disciplinary action, and problem-solving.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience: Five (5) years' experience in the HR field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Certifications: PHR or SPHR Certification preferred.
  • Travel: Must be willing to travel.
