Job Summary:

The successful IT Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing and screening top talent using industry-leading recruiting tools and referrals. You will cultivate relationships with candidates through phone and video interviews via Zoom, partner with our Account Managers to fill contract, contract-to-hire, and direct-hire roles for our clients, and match candidate skills/desires/personality with our client's needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing and screening top talent using industry-leading recruiting tools and referrals
  • Cultivating relationships with candidates through phone and video interviews via Zoom
  • Partnering with our Account Managers to fill contract, contract-to-hire, and direct-hire roles for our clients
  • Matching candidate skills/desires/personality with our client's needs
  • Negotiating pay rates with consultants and candidates
  • Developing an effective pipeline of key talent available for immediate hire
  • Utilizing Applicant Tracking and Customer Relationship Management systems to track and monitor progress and activity

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience as a successful recruiter in an agency environment
  • A positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced environment
  • Ability to work onsite 4 days a week and earn additional remote days based on performance

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive base salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, uncapped commissions, a 401K match, quarterly bonuses, annual awards trips, personal development opportunities, extra earned PTO, and work-from-home days based on performance, and an excellent benefits package.
