Job Title: Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $185,000 - $225,000 per annum

Job Description:

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Human Resource Dimensions, you will play a critical role in managing and executing complex recruitment projects for our esteemed clients. Your primary responsibility will be to source, screen, and present top-tier candidates that align with our clients' organizational goals and objectives.

You will work closely with our team to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies, leveraging your expertise in sourcing, interviewing, and evaluating candidates. Your ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders will be essential in ensuring seamless communication and delivering exceptional service throughout the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute customized recruitment strategies to meet client requirements, including job analysis, candidate sourcing, and interview scheduling.
  • Source and attract top-tier candidates through various channels, including social media, job boards, networking events, and referrals.
  • Evaluate and select the most suitable candidates for each position, conducting thorough interviews and assessments as necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, interview notes, and other relevant documentation.
  • Provide regular updates to clients on search progress, candidate status, and other important information.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in executive recruitment or a related field, preferably in an agency setting.
  • Proven track record of generating revenue and achieving financial targets, with a personal revenue target of $150,000 or more.
  • Strong sourcing, screening, and interviewing skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality candidates to clients.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment with a high degree of autonomy.
  • Proficiency in recruitment software, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and other relevant tools.
