Laurel Heights Hospital, located in Atlanta, Georgia, is an intensive Residential Treatment/Acute and Autism Spectrum Disorders Program for children and adolescents. We serve and treat severe and complex psychiatric and behavioral difficulties and co-occurring psychiatric issues.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled HR Coordinator/Recruiter to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with the Director of Human Resources and hiring managers to source and select top talent for various positions within the organization.

  • The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of previous healthcare experience and proven success in sourcing candidates for healthcare positions.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is required, with iCIMS being a plus.
Responsibilities:

As an HR Coordinator/Recruiter, you will be responsible for:

  • Performing full life cycle recruitment duties, including research, screening, and assisting in the selection of experienced and qualified candidates.
  • Completing onboarding processes and I-9's.
  • Drafting and placing job ads for open positions using various job boards, social networking platforms, and industry-specific publications.
  • Assisting with employee branding messaging and ensuring consistency throughout the recruitment process.
  • Developing effective follow-up programs to keep in touch with viable candidates.
  • Collaborating with the Director of HR and hiring managers to discuss plans of action specific to job openings.
  • Managing the applicant tracking system/HRIS and serving as the resident expert for all users.
  • Monitoring activity within the system to ensure timely recruitment processes.
  • Working closely with the Director of HR to gain detailed information about open positions.
  • Developing candidate sourcing strategies to create talent pipelines for frequently or harder-to-fill positions.
  • Assisting with the organization and participation of job fairs and recruitment events.

The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $80,000 per year, based on location and experience.
