Regional Vice President

The Regional Vice President plays a crucial role in executing and managing the approved strategic business initiatives and sales tactics aimed at enhancing market presence, revenue growth, and profitability across the various sales offices within the designated region. This leader is tasked with building, mentoring, and overseeing a skilled team of sales professionals to ensure that annual sales targets and growth objectives are consistently achieved.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develops and implements the annual business and financial strategies to meet regional revenue and profit objectives.
  • Recruits, trains, and manages a high-performing team of Branch Sales Managers.
  • Oversees and directs the activities of key regional resources to support sales production and growth targets.
  • Ensures the effective utilization of the Selling System and Sales Tools by Sales Associates to secure buyers, sellers, and renters, thereby achieving monthly and yearly sales goals.
  • Conducts regular one-on-one performance reviews with Branch Sales Managers to enhance sales and recruitment practices.
  • Facilitates a monthly meeting for managers to discuss strategies and performance.
  • Manages daily regional operations and metrics, including open houses, listing presentations, buyer consultations, and recruitment activities.
  • Collaborates with company Subject Matter Experts in areas such as recruiting, marketing, and technology to achieve desired returns on investment.
  • Cultivates a strong sense of community within the region to promote brand loyalty and advocacy among sales associates and colleagues.
  • Performs additional duties as assigned.

Travel Requirements:

  • Regular travel within the assigned region and occasional trips to corporate headquarters as necessary.
  • Some travel may be required for company meetings and events outside the designated region.

Candidate Requirements:

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Real estate license in NJ is preferred.
  • Broker-salesperson or broker's license is preferred.
  • Valid driver's license in the state of residence.
  • A minimum of five (5) years of active full-time experience in residential real estate sales is required.
  • Prior experience in business and sales management is essential.
  • Experience in recruiting new and experienced agents is strongly preferred.
  • Active involvement with local, state, or national real estate associations is preferred.
