Key Responsibilities:

  • Develops and implements the annual business and financial strategy to meet regional revenue, profit, and sales growth objectives.
  • Recruits, trains, and leads a skilled team of Branch Sales Managers.
  • Oversees and directs the activities of essential regional resources to support sales production and growth objectives for specific offices.
  • Ensures the effective utilization of the Selling System and Sales Tools by Sales Associates to engage and close transactions with buyers, sellers, and renters, achieving monthly and yearly sales targets.
  • Conducts regular one-on-one performance meetings with Branch Sales Managers to enhance sales and recruitment practices.
  • Facilitates a monthly meeting for Managers to align on goals and strategies.
  • Manages daily regional operations and metrics, including open houses, listing presentations, buyer consultations, and recruitment activities.
  • Collaborates with company Subject Matter Experts in areas such as recruiting, marketing, and technology to achieve targeted returns on investment.
  • Cultivates a strong sense of community within the region, fostering brand loyalty and advocacy among sales associates and colleagues.
  • Performs additional duties as assigned.

Travel Requirements:

  • This position necessitates regular travel throughout the assigned region and occasional trips to Corporate Headquarters.
  • Some travel may be required for company meetings, events, and functions outside the assigned region.

Candidate Requirements:

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Real estate license in NJ is preferred.
  • Broker-salesperson or broker's license is preferred.
  • Current, valid driver's license in the state of residence.
  • A minimum of five (5) years of active full-time residential real estate sales experience is required.
  • Prior experience in business and sales management is essential.
  • Experience in recruiting new and experienced agents is strongly preferred.
  • Involvement with local, state, or National Association of REALTORS is preferred.
