Specific Duties Include:

  • Implementing and executing the annual business and financial plans to achieve regional revenue, profit, and sales growth objectives.
  • Recruiting, mentoring, and managing a high-performing team of Branch Sales Managers.
  • Overseeing the targeted efforts and outcomes of key regional resources dedicated to supporting sales performance and growth objectives for specific offices.
  • Ensuring that the Selling System and Sales Tools are effectively utilized by Sales Associates throughout the region to attract and close clients, thereby meeting monthly and yearly sales targets.
  • Conducting regular one-on-one meetings with Branch Sales Managers to assess performance and enhance sales and recruitment strategies as necessary.
  • Facilitating a monthly meeting for Managers.
  • Managing daily regional operations and metrics, including open houses, listing presentations, buyer consultations, and recruitment activities.
  • Collaborating with company Subject Matter Experts in recruiting, marketing, and technology to achieve targeted returns on investment.
  • Fostering a strong sense of community within the region to enhance brand loyalty among sales associates and colleagues.
  • Performing additional duties as assigned.

Travel Requirements:
This position necessitates regular travel throughout the assigned region and occasional visits to Corporate Headquarters for meetings and events.

Candidate Requirements:
The ideal candidate will possess:

  • An Associate's or Bachelor's degree (preferred)
  • A real estate license in NJ (preferred)
  • A broker-salesperson or broker's license (preferred)
  • A current, valid driver's license in the state of residence
  • A minimum of five years of active, full-time residential real estate sales experience
  • Prior experience in business and sales management
  • Experience in recruiting new and experienced agents (strongly preferred)
  • Involvement with local, state, or National Association of REALTORS (preferred)
