The Regional President will be accountable for executing the approved business strategy and sales initiatives aimed at enhancing market presence, revenue, and profitability across the various sales offices within the region.

This role is crucial for cultivating a cohesive environment across the region, fostering strong brand loyalty and advocacy among agents and colleagues.

Specific Duties Include:

  • Implementing and executing the annual business and financial plans to achieve regional revenue, profit, and sales growth objectives.
  • Recruiting, mentoring, and managing a high-performing team of Branch Sales Managers.
  • Overseeing the strategic activities and outcomes of key regional resources to support sales production and growth goals.
  • Ensuring the effective use of the Selling System and Sales Tools by Sales Associates to engage with buyers, sellers, and renters, thereby meeting sales and listing targets.
  • Conducting regular one-on-one meetings with Branch Sales Managers to assess performance and enhance sales and recruitment practices.
  • Facilitating monthly meetings for Managers.
  • Managing daily regional operations and metrics, including open houses, listing presentations, buyer consultations, and recruitment activities.
  • Collaborating with company Subject Matter Experts in recruiting, marketing, and technology to achieve targeted ROI.
  • Promoting a strong sense of community within the region to enhance brand loyalty among sales associates and colleagues.
  • Performing additional duties as assigned.

Travel Requirements:
This position necessitates regular travel throughout the assigned region and occasional visits to Corporate Headquarters. Some travel may be required for company meetings and events.

Candidate Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- An Associate's or Bachelor's degree (preferred)
- A real estate license in NJ (preferred)
- A Real Estate broker-salesperson or broker's license (preferred)
- A current, valid driver's license in the state of residence
- A minimum of five years of active full-time residential real estate sales experience
- Prior experience in business and sales management
- Strong recruiting experience for new and seasoned agents
- Involvement with local, state, or National Association of REALTORS (preferred)
