Position Overview:

The successful candidate will possess a strong ambition to lead and develop a team of skilled Sales Managers and support personnel.

The Vice President will be accountable for executing and implementing the approved business strategy and sales initiatives aimed at enhancing market presence, revenue generation, and profitability across the various sales offices within the region.

This role is crucial in cultivating a robust sense of unity across the region, leading to strong brand loyalty and advocacy among agents and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and execute the annual business and financial plans to achieve regional revenue, profit, and sales growth objectives.
  • Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of Branch Sales Managers.
  • Oversee and direct the essential activities and outcomes of key regional resources deployed to support sales production and growth targets.
  • Ensure that the Selling System and Sales Tools are utilized effectively by Sales Associates throughout the region to engage and close transactions with buyers, sellers, and renters, thereby meeting monthly and yearly sales targets.
  • Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with Branch Sales Managers to assess performance and enhance sales and recruitment practices as necessary.
  • Facilitate a monthly meeting for Managers.
  • Manage daily regional operations and metrics, including open houses, listing presentations, buyer consultations, and recruitment activities.
  • Collaborate with company Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in areas such as recruiting, marketing, and technology to achieve targeted returns on investment.
  • Foster a strong sense of community within the region that promotes brand loyalty and advocacy among sales associates and colleagues.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Travel Requirements:

This position necessitates regular travel throughout the designated region and to the Corporate Headquarters as required. Occasional travel may be needed for company meetings, events, and functions.

Candidate Qualifications:

  • Experience in recruiting new and experienced agents is highly preferred.
  • Active involvement with local, state, or national real estate associations is a plus.
