Sales Executive for Assistive Technology Solutions

This innovative company has developed a cutting-edge, wearable device designed to improve the daily experiences of individuals with disabilities through its user-friendly interface.

We are seeking outstanding candidates to fill the role of Sales Executive.

Key Qualifications:

  • Experience in B2B sales and business development.
  • Background in collaborating with federal entities, educational institutions, or organizations focused on special needs.
  • Demonstrated success in distributor management, including recruitment and operational oversight.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms is a plus.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, particularly in engaging with individuals with special needs.
  • A college degree is required.
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and capable of managing time effectively.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Outstanding customer service skills and telephone etiquette.
  • A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle when necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet sales targets by building and nurturing relationships with partners, including distributors and special needs organizations.
  • Increase market awareness by collaborating with assistive technology agencies and community groups.
  • Conduct presentations and demonstrations at conferences and to potential users.
  • Efficiently manage incoming leads with persistence and promptness.
  • Qualify prospects, deliver demonstrations, and close sales to end-users when applicable.
  • Provide training on products and sales techniques to partners and users.
  • Develop comprehensive sales strategies and prepare reports.
  • Maintain up-to-date records in Salesforce (CRM).
