Position Overview

The individual in this role will be accountable for responding to incoming inquiries from patients, healthcare providers, insurance plans, and medical facilities, ensuring accurate and timely information is provided. Upholding the core values of Providence Service and demonstrating a collaborative approach to enhance shared leadership principles are critical for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner.
  • Utilize effective communication skills to provide accurate information and support.
  • Collaborate with team members to foster a positive work environment.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in customer relations.
  • Proven experience in a call center setting.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience within an independent physician association or healthcare management organization.
