About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Representative to join our team at Syngenta. As an Agronomic Sales Professional, you will play a critical role in implementing our NK Brand strategy and delivering exceptional results in your territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement the NK Brand Strategy: Develop and execute plans to deliver the core objectives of Differentiate, Innovate, Outperform, and Leverage.
  • Support Retail Sales Organization: Collaborate with the NK Brand Retails sales organization to achieve profitable growth and create a sustainable position for Syngenta Seeds.
  • Deliver NK Seed Brand Campaigns: Develop and execute targeted campaigns to deliver NK Seed brand offers to customers through selected channel partners.
  • Steward the NK Seeds Portfolio: Act as a trusted advisor to customers, providing expert knowledge and recommendations on NK Corn and Soybeans.
  • Achieve Sales and Profit Targets: Meet or exceed sales, profit, and market share targets within your territory and sales area.
  • Develop Customer Relationships: Foster strong relationships with customers through consultative selling, recognized expertise, and trust.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture or Relevant Field: A degree in Agriculture or a non-Agriculture discipline with significant industry background or commensurate experience.
  • 2+ Years of Agronomic Sales Experience: Proven experience in agronomic sales, with a strong understanding of customer needs and sales negotiation skills.
  • Operational Budget Management: Ability to manage operational budget, variable selling expenses, and marketing funds within NK Sales Area guidelines.
  • Channel Partner Engagement: Ability to engage with channel partners to connect them with growers more effectively and deliver solutions.
