Multi-Site Community Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Multi-Site Community Director to oversee the operations of three properties in the Inland Empire. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day management of these properties, while also driving business growth and excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management
- Lead and manage a team of on-site staff to achieve operational goals and objectives.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to improve property performance and resident satisfaction.
- Property Operations
- Oversee all aspects of property operations, including leasing, marketing, and customer service.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Financial Management
- Manage budgets and financial reports to ensure accurate and timely financial information.
- Make informed decisions to optimize revenue and minimize expenses.
- Marketing and Leasing
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract new residents and retain existing ones.
- Manage the leasing process, including showings, applications, and lease renewals.
- Customer Service
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure that all resident complaints are addressed and resolved promptly.
- Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in property management or a related field.
- Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent leadership and management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze financial data and make informed decisions.
- Knowledge of property management software and systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.

- Base salary range of $73,000 - $76,000 per year.
