Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist site managers with daily operations, including inventory management, equipment maintenance, and customer service.
  • Contribute to the overall success of the site by ensuring compliance with company standards and procedures.
  • Help hire, train, and coach Teammates to perform their jobs and uphold our values.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and drive sales growth through effective communication and leadership.
  • Organize time, work, and team to complete multiple responsibilities and achieve goals.

Requirements:

  • 6 months of relevant customer service or sales experience.
  • Car wash experience preferred, but not required.
