Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Behavioral Analyst to join our team at Rialto Unified School District. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Applied Behavioral Analysis, Psychology, or Special Education, with experience working with children with autism spectrum disorders and intellectual disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing behavioral intervention plans to support students with autism spectrum disorders and intellectual disabilities
  • Collaborating with teachers, parents, and other professionals to provide comprehensive support services
  • Conducting assessments and evaluations to identify student needs and develop strategies for improvement
  • Providing training and coaching to staff on behavioral support strategies and techniques
Requirements and Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a related field plus 6 years' experience, or Master's degree plus 2 years' experience
  • Preference for completion or pursuit of a BCBA certificate
  • Must have Professional Crisis Management (PCM) certificate
  • Valid California Motor Vehicle Operator's license required
Working Conditions:

The Behavioral Analyst will work in various settings, including offices, homes, classrooms, and community sites. The candidate must be comfortable working with students facing behavioral challenges and must possess a valid California Driver's License with access to private transportation.
