We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Manager to join our team at Niagara Bottling. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities, equipment, and processes.
Key Responsibilities- Facilities Management: Oversee the maintenance and repair of our facilities, including buildings, equipment, and infrastructure.
- Equipment Maintenance: Plan, direct, and monitor the maintenance and repair of our production equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of maintenance personnel, providing guidance, training, and development opportunities to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their duties effectively.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality.
- Safety and Compliance: Ensure that all maintenance activities are conducted in a safe and compliant manner, adhering to regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Communication: Collaborate with other departments, including production, quality, and engineering, to ensure seamless communication and coordination of maintenance activities.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 6 years of experience in a maintenance or facilities management role, with a proven track record of leadership and process improvement.
- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and leadership abilities, and a strong understanding of maintenance and facilities management principles.
