About the Position

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Senior Executive Coordinator. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate closely with our Executive Leadership, ensuring seamless operations and effective communication. Your contributions will be vital in managing schedules, organizing events, and maintaining an efficient workflow that supports our company's objectives.

This is a full-time position based in our office. Occasional correspondence outside of standard working hours may be required.

The starting salary for this role ranges from $103,680 to $144,000, commensurate with experience. Full-time employees are also eligible for bonuses, a competitive equity package, and comprehensive benefits. The actual salary may vary based on your location, skills, qualifications, and experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Extensively manage executive calendars, coordinating internal and external meetings across various time zones and locations.
  • Arrange both domestic and international travel itineraries, including booking flights and accommodations, ensuring executives are well-prepared for their trips.
  • Oversee financial administration for the executive team, including processing receipts and invoices.
  • Plan and coordinate team events and onsite gatherings.
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
  • Compile and refine briefing materials, synthesizing information into executive summaries and presentations that highlight key insights.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the company's priorities, assisting the team in organizing their time effectively.
  • Collaborate with the People team and Chief of Staff to implement priorities and events.
  • Participate in special projects and miscellaneous tasks, which may occasionally be personal in nature.
  • Maintain confidentiality at all times.
Qualifications
  • 10+ years of relevant professional experience, ideally within technology or financial sectors, supporting senior executives.
  • Ability to interact effectively with senior-level executives and various organizational levels.
  • A collaborative and approachable demeanor, with a strong desire to assist and facilitate progress.
  • Exceptional organizational, analytical, and creative problem-solving skills.
  • A proactive individual who seeks to understand executive goals and actively contributes to achieving them.
  • Self-motivated with excellent project management capabilities.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
  • Commitment to fostering community among peers and improving organizational efficiency.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
