The Role:
We are looking for a Senior Executive Coordinator to provide essential support to our Senior Executives.

The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment that emphasizes mission-driven results and community engagement.

The successful individual will demonstrate sound judgment and self-motivation in various situations, possessing strong written and verbal communication skills, along with exceptional administrative and organizational abilities. The ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects effectively is crucial.

This role requires the capacity to work under pressure, managing a range of regional and corporate activities while handling confidential matters with the utmost discretion.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform a variety of administrative tasks, including drafting reports and memos, maintaining databases, and executing advanced administrative functions.
  • Handle highly confidential duties with professionalism.
  • Participate in project and team meetings as necessary.
  • Collaborate with Project Teams effectively.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and manage calendars.
  • Organize appointments, interviews, events, and meetings.
  • Independently compose correspondence, reports, forms, and other documents.
  • Communicate effectively with individuals and groups of varying sizes.
  • Plan and organize work to meet established deadlines.
  • Establish and maintain productive working relationships with Executives, Department Heads, Project Management, and clients.
  • Identify challenges and propose or implement solutions.
  • Prioritize and coordinate assignments efficiently.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree with 4 years of relevant experience or 6 to 10 years of related experience.
  • Familiarity with business principles and personnel management.
  • Basic understanding of research methods and techniques.
  • Proficiency in standard office software applications, including word processing, spreadsheets, and database management.
  • Strong written communication skills.
  • Experience in the construction industry is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating sound judgment and leadership capabilities.
  • Must exhibit tact and discretion in all interactions.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while maintaining confidentiality.
