Account Executive for Sales Growth

Tentamus North America is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to enhance our presence in the market and support our growth initiatives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Reporting directly to the Sales Director, the Sales Representative will be responsible for promoting and selling our products and services to potential clients, nurturing and managing customer relationships, and developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets. Your duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Conducting research and cold calling to identify and engage potential customers.
- Participating in trade shows and events to showcase our offerings.
- Establishing and maintaining robust, long-term customer relationships by understanding their requirements, providing tailored solutions, and addressing any concerns or objections promptly and professionally.
- Monitoring sales performance, generating regular reports on activities and outcomes, analyzing market trends and competitors to uncover growth opportunities, and preparing sales contracts and agreements using CRM tools.
- Effectively presenting, promoting, and selling products/services by articulating strong value propositions to prospective clients while staying informed about industry trends and market dynamics.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction through exceptional service and diligent follow-up.
- Collaborating closely with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns, sharing insights and best practices with the sales team, and actively participating in team meetings to contribute to sales strategy discussions.
POSITION DETAILS:
This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours per week, with responsibilities split between office and field environments, including travel up to 50% annually.
QUALIFICATIONS FOR SUCCESS:
The ideal candidate will possess the right to work in the United States without restrictions, along with strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, and a comprehensive understanding of the sales process. Additional qualifications include:
- A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related discipline is preferred.
- 1 to 3 years of relevant sales experience in industries such as Food, Pharma, Health Science, Supplements, or Cosmetics.
- Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
- A highly motivated and target-oriented individual with a proven sales track record.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- A valid driver's license and a willingness to travel as necessary.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
We offer a competitive salary ranging from $50,000 to $65,000, along with comprehensive and affordable benefits packages including medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance. Additional perks include generous paid time off and a matching 401k plan.
