KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Reporting directly to the Sales Director, the Sales Account Executive will be responsible for promoting and selling our products and services to potential clients, nurturing and managing customer relationships, and developing effective sales strategies to achieve targets. Your duties will include:

  • Conducting research and cold outreach to identify and engage potential clients.
  • Participating in trade shows and events to showcase our offerings.
  • Establishing and maintaining robust, long-term relationships with clients by understanding their requirements, providing tailored solutions, and addressing concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Monitoring sales performance, generating regular activity reports, analyzing market trends and competitor activities to uncover growth opportunities, and preparing sales contracts and agreements using CRM tools.
  • Effectively presenting and promoting products/services to prospective clients while maintaining an in-depth understanding of our offerings and staying informed about industry developments.
  • Ensuring client satisfaction through exceptional service and diligent follow-up.
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns, sharing insights and best practices with the sales team, and actively participating in strategy meetings.

POSITION DETAILS:

This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours per week, primarily based at Tentamus Labs of America in Virginia, with travel obligations of up to 50% annually.


QUALIFICATIONS FOR SUCCESS:

The ideal candidate will possess the right to work in the United States without restrictions, exhibit strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, and have a solid grasp of the sales process. Additional qualifications include:

  • A Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • 1 to 3 years of relevant sales experience in industries such as Food, Pharma, Health Science, Supplements, or Cosmetics.
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Highly motivated and results-oriented with a proven sales track record.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • A valid driver's license and willingness to travel as necessary.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $50,000 to $65,000, along with comprehensive and affordable benefits including medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance. Additional perks include generous paid time off and a matching 401k plan.
