Job Description

The Sales Representative will play a crucial role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives by promoting sales to our valued network of contractors.

The ultimate goal of this role is to develop, maintain, and advance accounts by regularly contacting customers to identify potential sales and margin growth opportunities.

The ideal candidate is comfortable making a high volume of calls per day, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and closing sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Seek sales opportunities through lead follow-up, making outbound sales calls and emails to promote our products and services.
  • Analyze business intelligence data to identify potential sales and margin growth opportunities within assigned regions and divisions.
  • Achieve quarterly sales quotas by growing sales and gross margin with assigned accounts.
  • Grow technology adoption and usage rates by ensuring assigned customers understand and know how to utilize our digital tools and platforms.
  • Assist accounts with pricing, marketing programs, and technical support to drive sales growth.
  • Work with Business Development Managers to onboard new accounts with the intent to take over the accounts fully within 24 months.
  • Attend product and sales training meetings as required to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the sales team and drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • Strong phone presence, listening, and presentation skills to effectively communicate with customers and prospects.
  • Demonstrated computer skills and adaptability to new technology to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team setting to achieve sales goals and objectives.
  • Ability to meet assigned goals and objectives in designated time frames.
  • Demonstrated aptitude for continuous learning to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
  • A willingness to learn and grow with our company to drive business growth and success.
