Key Responsibilities:

  • Process rental quotes, manage reservations, and handle contracts efficiently.
  • Develop new rental and sales accounts by assisting walk-in and call-in customers.
  • Negotiate rental prices and contractor supplies while adhering to company pricing policies.
  • Coordinate delivery logistics and manage customer expectations regarding equipment delivery.
  • Generate leads for new business opportunities and collaborate with Outside Sales Representatives.
  • Reconnect with lost or dormant accounts to retain business relationships.
  • Maintain a well-organized and appealing showroom stocked with merchandise.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree is preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Outstanding relationship-building and customer service capabilities.
  • Strong multitasking skills in a dynamic work environment.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Attention to detail is crucial.
  • A valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.

This position is classified as Safety Sensitive in accordance with United Rentals' policies.
