BluePath Labs is a rapidly expanding research and management consulting firm dedicated to addressing complex challenges for both governmental and private sector clients.

We are currently in search of a Senior Administrative Coordinator to provide support to the U.S. Department of Energy Office of Environmental Management, specifically within the Office of Intergovernmental & Stakeholder Programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute a diverse range of administrative, secretarial, and clerical functions to assist the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) Office of Environmental Management (EM) Office of Intergovernmental & Stakeholder Programs (EM-4.3) in a dynamic setting.
  • Serve as an executive-level resource for high-level administrative operations on various projects.
  • Collaborate closely with executives and project managers to ensure the timely completion of tasks and deliverables.
  • Act as a liaison with other EM offices and DOE organizations to resolve daily administrative and operational challenges.
  • Work independently or as part of a team on special projects that are either one-time or ongoing.
  • Oversee special assignments as directed.
  • Plan and coordinate multiple presentations, and disseminate information, training manuals, proposals, charts, graphs, procedures, and correspondence.
  • Organize and manage complex activities, coordinate meetings, create and develop visual presentations, and compile and prepare reports.
  • Manage electronic records and data efficiently.
Ideal Candidates Will Demonstrate:
  • Self-motivation, a willingness to embrace new challenges, and the ability to quickly learn and comprehend EM's business processes and DOE computer systems related to correspondence, travel, time and attendance, and conference management.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.

Qualifications:
  • U.S. citizenship.
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Eight years of relevant experience in related duties and responsibilities.
    • Note: Education and experience may be interchangeable. Each year of experience may substitute for one year of education, and vice versa. Additional certifications, professional licenses, and vocational training may also substitute for experience and education.
  • Eight to eleven years of experience as an administrative assistant supporting EM or DOE.
  • Proficiency in DOE corporate systems such as ESS, ATAAPS, Concur Government Edition, and eDOCs.
  • Proficiency in Office 365 Productivity Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Teams.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat for viewing, creating, manipulating, printing, and managing files; and routing for e-signatures in PDF format.
  • Ability to obtain DOE L or Q clearance may be required.
