Senior Sales Account Executive

Orient Express Container (OEC) Group is a leading freight forwarder in the transportation industry, providing freight transportation, logistics, and information services to over 50,000 customers worldwide. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Account Executive to join our team.
Key Responsibilities- Execute full sales lifecycle processes, including prospecting, discovery conversations, and informative meetings to identify client needs and provide trusted advice on freight forwarding services.
- Present OEC Group's service offerings, including Ocean Import/Export, Air Import/Export, Distribution & Warehousing, Trucking, Cargo Insurance, and Customs Brokerage.
- Meet monthly revenue quotas and collaborate with CRM Specialists to create sales presence in local markets.
- Maintain communication with internal teams and overseas offices, and travel locally for client meetings and presentations.
- Minimum 2 years' experience directly selling Ocean and/or Air services within a freight forwarder required.
- Previous experience using the ERP system, CargoWise One, is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and with limited supervision.
- Solid understanding of local territory and market opportunities.
- High emotional intelligence, personal integrity, and hunter mentality.
- Ability to travel locally to meet with clients.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
- Competitive annual base salary of $60,000 - $90,000, plus uncapped sales commission.
